2022 Chinese New Year Annual Meeting of Henan SRON Silo Engineering company

      Out with the old date, in with the new year. With the perfect ending of 2021, and with a good vision for 2022, we are looking forward to welcoming the coming year of tiger. On the evening of January 28,all employee of SRON company gathered together to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

Hard work pays off

The annual meeting kicked off with the speech of Mr. Wen Peng, the general manager. He led everyone to review the memorabilia of SRON in 2021, and at the same time summarized the completion of the company's annual key projects in detail. Mr.Wen pointed out that under the current complex external environment, we overcame difficulties and obtained proud achievement with all employees’ efforts in 2021. First, the sales contract amount has reached a new record high. Second, several overseas projects are under construction at the same time and are progressing smoothly, among them, the 10*10,000-ton cement silo & clinker silo project in the Philippines was successfully completed and passed the owner’s acceptance, and it is also one of the building materials projects which have the largest reserve. Third, our company was awarded the title of "Quasi-Gazelle Enterprise" in the National University Science and Technology Park of Henan Province, and we acquired the certificates of "Zhengzhou Silo Engineering Technology Research Center", "Zhengzhou SME with Specialization, Refinement, Differentiation and Innovation" and "Zhengzhou High-tech Enterprise". In 2021, our company was elected as the 8th corporate director of the Chinese people’s association for friendship with foreign countries and the vice-chairman unit of the China Chamber of International Commerce Henan Chamber of Commerce; Fourth, the influence of the SRON brand in the international market is gradually increasing, and there are already international capitals expresses their cooperation intention to SRON. At the same time, with the development and growth of the company, we also undertook corresponding social responsibilities. The company successively provided social assistance for people in trouble during pandemic and flood, and donated funds for overseas association.

Looking forward to 2022, Mr. Wen Peng pointed out the company's development direction for the new year, and emphasized that the company should "establish a business support-centered ideology" and create a company culture centered on business support. And all employees should work together to create a better future for themselves and the company. Finally, President Wen wished all leaders, colleagues and their families a happy New Year.

Yang Gongxiao, the company's chief technical engineer, gave a report on the work of the past year on behalf of the technical department, engineering department, and project department, and also made a plan in terms of the key work in 2022. He hoped that all departments can work together and create for a better future for the company!

In this joyful new year meeting, various departments prepared wonderful programs, including lovely singing, poetry recitation with passion and amusing performance acquiring the applause of all colleagues.

Dedicated staff always shows his attitude with action. 2021 was an extraordinary year for the company, for individuals, for the country, and for the world. In this year, every SRON employee was showing their love to work with practical actions, and there were many moving and awesome things and people. Among them, SRON selected and commended the most representative awards such as "Engineering Star", "Sales Star", "Service Star" and "Best Newcomer". These Honors belonged to every hard working employee.

With the drawing of a series of awards and the proceed of various games, we finally welcomed the drawing of the annual grand prize, and all employees cheered for the lucky dog. 

The sound of singing at the dinner party was endless and full of joy. All people toasted the bright future of SRON Company!

The party brought happiness and a closer connection for everyone. The close interaction between company leaders and employees and the exciting lucky draw activity made singing, applause and laughter rippling in the party all the time, showing the joy and harmony of the big family of SRON.
