500ton continuous grain dryer tower project brief inrtoduction:

The whole system is composed by corn cleaning system, wet corn receiving system, corn drying system, heat supply system, corn transportation system, centralized control system and steel structure parts. The whole system is with complete function as dependent working project. br />
1. Mainly process on wet corn drying work.

2. Take the working time of 1 month, the whole drying project can meet the needs of drying for corn for 20000 acres in nearby area.

3. Coal as the main fuel,daily standard coal consumption at 16ton per day, continuous 24 hours working time.

4. Total drying cost at RMB40 per ton.
