This project includes 16 silos of 200 cubic meters and their discharge, the design, manufacturing and guiding the installation of the weighing system. In the pre-design stage, our company fully considered the storage characteristics of flour, and carried out reasonable design and selection of silo type. At the same time, combined with the customer's short construction period and other factors, the main structure of the bolted silo with welded seams, which not only meets the requirements of the airtightness of the silo, but also effectively prevents the flour from hanging on the wall. In addition, in order to effectively ensure the construction progress and reduce the cost, our company in the silo assembly at the same time for the silo groove welding, greatly improving the construction progress, and the silo wall spraying food-grade resin paint, not only to ensure the safety of the flour storage, but also significantly reduce the manufacturing cost, to ensure the smooth completion of the main project construction.
