Lately，Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the Key Efforts to Comprehensively Promote Rural Revitalization in 2023, namely the No. 1 document of the Central Government in 2023 was released with the theme once again focusing on the issue of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", which is the 20th year since 2004, the No. 1 document of the Central Government has continuously focused on this issue. The document clarified the goal of "to ensure that the national food reserves is maintained above 0.65 trillion kg", and stressed the need for strengthening the foundation of food security in all aspects with multiple measures and comprehensive efforts.
This shows that food security has become an important cornerstone of national security, and it is urgent to effectively improve the level of food storage, and guard food security. At present, however, some local grain depots have dangerous old warehouses, large safety hazards, backward grain storage technology, and supervision difficulties and other issues.Therefore, further improving the grain storage and logistics conditions and enhancing the grain reserve control capacity are exceptionally important for ensuring food security.
