In order to further improve the cohesion and centripetal force of the team, and enhance communication and collaboration among employees, from September 27th to 28th, all employees of SRON Company’s Zhengzhou headquarters came to Wangwu Mountain and the Three Gorges Scenic Area of the Yellow River in Jiyuan to carry out a two-day team-building activity and held a mid-year business analysis meeting for the company's management.

In Wangwu Mountain, a national 4A-level scenic spot, SRON organized all employees in Zhengzhou to carry out the Peak of Temple of Heaven on Wangwu Mountain Climbing Challenge. Following the order, the seven teams of SRON Company sprinted to the top of the mountain. Although the mountain path is steep, everyone was undaunted and encouraged and cheered each other along the way. Not only did everyone appreciate the beautiful scenery of Wangwu Mountain, but in every step of the climb they also experienced Yu Gong’s determination and perseverance: " So my children and grandchildren are endless, while the mountain cannot grow bigger in size." In the end, after more than three hours of hard work, everyone successfully climbed to the top of the mountain, competed for the first, second, and third prizes of the team and the top ten individuals, and received awards from the company.

Winning Teams & Individuals

On the second day, we took a cruise to visit the Three Gorges, enjoyed the majestic scenery on both sides of the Yellow River, and felt the charm of the Yellow River. At the same time, we also took the cable car to Peach Blossom Island, watched the Shenlong Platform, and climbed up to Mengliang Village, enjoying the magnificence and beauty of the Three Gorges of the Yellow River from all directions and angles.

This team building activities in the exercise of will, enhance the physical fitness at the same time, but also let everyone deeply understand the meaning of “there is nothing difficult, as long as you are willing to climb” . In the future, SRON's employees will continue to carry forward the spirit of not being afraid of difficulties, concentrate their efforts, resolve the difficulties and devote themselves to the work in the second half of the year with a healthier body and high morale, and contribute their wisdom and strength to realize the company's leapfrog development in 2024!
