However, for the same goods, SRON has directly reduced the freight cost by 50% after adopting a new packaging and transportation solution.
Reasonable design: improve loading rate, reduce costs and increase efficiency
In the packing and transportation of goods for Indonesia quicklime silo and ancillary equipment project, due to the large volume-to-weight ratio of the usual steel structure equipment packing, the loading weight of each truck is only about 20 tons, the logistics department of SRON, according to the dimensions, weights and characteristics of the goods, through the optimization of the packing form, the volume-to-weight ratio of the steel structure has been greatly reduced, so that the actual loading capacity of each truck has been increased from 20 tons to 30 tons, which increases the loading rate of 50% ，greatly saving the transport cost.
Precise design: Let containers “load more and run faster”
When a port gas conveying project in Africa was shipped, because the goods were irregular steel structures, electromechanical equipment, etc., which needed to be transported in containers, the logistics department optimised the packaging of the goods after precise design, and finally loaded the goods that originally required 15 containers into only 12 containers，which greatly improved the loading rate and saved the transportation cost.
AI big data: creating higher value at the most economical cost
In the process of cargo packaging and transportation, we use AI and big data technology to weigh various influencing factors, provide customers with personalized customized solutions and optimal cost solutions, and ensure that the cargo arrives at the project site efficiently and safely. At the same time, we adopt corresponding moisture-proof, mould-proof, rust-proof, and corrosion-proof protection measures to ensure that the cargo is not damaged during transportation.
