The "Russia Calling" forum is hosted by ОАО Банк ВТБ (VTB) and aims to attract investment for Russia's economic development and build a dialogue platform for Russian enterprises and foreign investors. The theme of this forum is "The Future of Capital and the Capital of the Future.", focusing on areas such as investment in Russia and Russia's future business development. Russian President Vladimir Putin attended the plenary meeting, delivered a keynote speech and answered questions from representatives of the financial and investment communities of many countries. He said that no matter how the world situation evolves, Russia will unswervingly advance its relations with China. China has always been Russia's long-term and important economic and trade partner.
